ScanDepth is a website audit for search visibility and AI answer engines. It crawls the site, runs a fixed set of checks, and returns a ranked list of changes — as a one-time purchase, with no account and nothing that renews.
What ScanDepth checks
Every audit covers technical SEO, on-page content, structured data, trust signals, internal linking, page performance, and how ready the pages are for AI answer engines. Each finding states what is wrong, why it matters, and the change to make. Comparing against up to 3 competitors is optional.
How an audit runs
The free scan reads up to 5 pages and returns real scores immediately. A Pro audit crawls up to 50 pages, honours robots.txt and crawl-delay, then scores the result and builds the report and PDF in the background.
Why the scoring is deterministic
Scores are a function of what the crawler found. The same site audited twice returns the same numbers, and every score traces back to the checks behind it. Nothing is estimated. No score is a guess.
How AI is used
Language models explain findings and draft suggested fixes. They never set a score. Where AI engines are configured, ScanDepth sends the same fixed prompts to each one and records how often your brand is mentioned and cited, alongside the competitors you named. When no engine is available, AI Visibility is reported as not measured — never as zero.
Data and access
A report link is the only credential. It is never stored in plain text and stops working after 30 days. Crawling is limited to public addresses: private ranges, loopback and cloud metadata endpoints are refused before any request is made. The free scan stores nothing.
What you will not find here
No customer counts, ratings, testimonials, or logos we have not earned. ScanDepth treats invented trust signals as a defect when it audits a site, so it publishes none of its own. The numbers on this page describe the product, not its popularity.
